Megan’s career has always combined a passion for building deep relationships and the desire to find the right solution for a client through technology. She started this thread in hardware and network solution sales with Metafore, working with such clients as General Motors, Deloitte and Touche and Merrill Lynch. Megan shifted her focus to the analysis and application of data as well as interactive technologies when she became a founding member of the Expedia Corporate Travel team in Canada (now Egencia). Overseeing the Canadian account management team, Megan helped clients understand how to leverage Expedia’s powerful technology to create and reinforce travel policies, driving significant savings to the bottom line. After launching key accounts such as Starbucks and Scotiabank on the Expedia platform, Megan continued her exploration of driving behavior with data when she stepped into the role of Account Director at Bond Brand Loyalty (formerly Maritz Canada). Managing the P&L for Scotiabank’s B2B and credit card loyalty programs and ultimately the operation of the SCENE LP business for Bond, Megan gained a deep knowledge of customer loyalty and engagement technology to increase the value exchange between program members and the brand. Megan’s latest endeavors have brought her back into the start-up realm, as a founder of incentriq, a travel technology company enabling agencies and loyalty programs to book and redeem for travel online. Key clients have included Suncor, the Canadian Automobile Association of South Central Ontario and Scotiabank. She is now applying her expertise in tech and data analysis as the COO of Knalysis Technologies, an innovator in the Canadian cannabis space.
