Nicholas M. Auletta is the Sole Member and President of TruView BSI, LLC, a leader in investigative and background screening services with national and international service capabilities. From 2011 to 2017, he served as Vice President of Summit Security Services, Inc. a family-owned firm founded in 1976 by his grandfather and grew from humble beginnings to become one of the largest security and investigative firms in the United States. Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. He is a former Captain in the United States Army, serving as an Active Duty U.S. Army Infantry Officer and earning Airborne, Ranger, and Combat Infantryman qualifications. His military experience included three tours and 44 months of deployed time to the Iraq combat zone. Nick’s military awards include two Bronze Star Medals and the Meritorious Service Medal, as well as numerous other Army commendations and achievement medals. Since entering the private sector, Nick has earned the coveted Certified Protection Professional (CPP) designation. In 2014, Nick was appointed to serve on Governor Cuomo’s New York State Security Guard Advisory Panel. Nick is an advocate for military veterans’ issues and holds lifetime memberships with several military associations. Nick earned his Bachelor of Science in Leadership and Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point. Prior to graduating from the United States Military Academy, Nick was awarded the Eastern College Athletic Conference Merit Award for Excellence in Athletics and Scholarship and was hand-selected for an Assistant Leadership Instructor internship with the FBI. In addition, Nick was awarded the Superintendent’s Award for graduating in the top twenty percent of his class at West Point. In 2012, Nick also earned a Postgraduate Certificate in Security Management from the University of Pennsylvania at Wharton.
