Stephanie Hopper is the Vice President of Government Affairs and Compliance for Canndescent. Ms. Hopper has served in various roles within the cannabis industry. Ms. Hopper owns and operated a consulting company focused on creating a strong regulated cannabis industry. Ms. Hopper also served as owner and Chief Operating Officer of a dispensary and cultivation facility where she ran operations for the medical and recreational cultivation facility and dispensary. In 2015 and 2016, Ms. Hopper served as a Board Member and the Legislative Council Chairwoman for a prominent industry group in Colorado, actively working with legislators, regulators, helping to educate, create laws, rules, and regulations that support the growth of the cannabis industry at the local, state, and federal levels. Ms. Hopper currently is working with the city of Desert Hot Springs to build out a strong regulated program and serves as a Board Member for a nanoscience company focused on creating products to control pain and anxiety.
